OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary. Odds of winning depend on number of qualified entries.

The contest submission period begins at 12:00 am Easter Standard Time (EST) on September 19, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on October 30, 2010. The WDW Fan Network server is the official timekeeping device for this contest.

To enter the contest, you must perform one or more of the actions outlined below. Each action results in one entry in the contest, for a maximum of 4 entries per person.

• Follow the WDW Fan Network on Twitter by the contest end date.
• Like the WDW Fan Network on Facebook by the contest end date.
• Subscribe to the WDW Fan Network Newsletter by the contest end date.
• Make at least 5 posts in the WDW Fan Network Forums between the contest start date and the contest end date.

The WDW Fan Network and the Prize Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or failure, whether caused by website users, tampering, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this promotion and assume no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, defect, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access to, or alteration of, entries.

Ten (10) separate prize winners will be selected randomly between November 1, 2010 and November 14, 2010. All winners will be announced on the WDW Fan Network by November 15, 2010.

All prize winners will be contacted by November 15, 2010. Winners must provide their full name and address to the WDW Fan Network contest administrator. Failure to respond to name/address inquiry within fifteen (15) days will forfeit said prize. If winner is unreachable after 15 days, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Some prizes will be mailed out to the individual winner's address. Winner assumes the risk of safe arrival of prize or prize package. The WDW Fan Network and Prize Sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated or misdirected mail, or unsafe arrival of a prize, prize certificates or prize package.

9. 3-night Hotel stay for 2-adults/2-children in the Orlando area. Based on availability. Some restrictions apply. Winners are responsible for transportation to and from Hotel location. All extra taxes, gratuities and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize must be used for travel by November 30, 2011.
10. $250 discount on a Walt Disney World Vacation Package. Minimum package cost of $750 before discount. Reservation MUST BE made with one of the WDW Fan Network associated Disney-specialized travel agencies: Instant Impressions Travel Services, Off to Neverland Travel, or Pixie Vacations. Discount must be used for travel by November 30, 2011.

All expenses not specifically described are the winner's sole responsibilities.

Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but the WDW Fan Network and/or the Prize Sponsors in their sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

If won by a minor, prize will be awarded in parent's or guardian's name.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the WDW Fan Network contest administrator and the Prize Sponsors, which shall be final in all respects.

By participating in this contest and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release the WDW Fan Network, Prize Sponsors, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize.

Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation. The WDW Fan Network and Prize Sponsors are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials at their sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

Void where prohibited. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

The WDW Fan Network and the Prize Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.

The WDW Fan Network and the Prize Sponsors reserve the right to make changes in these rules. Any such changes will become effective upon notice via a posting in the WDW Fan Network Forums.
